A special message in the most difficult of times...

What we are all going through and will continue to experience in the coming weeks will test us all, for some it will be a time of isolation that may compromise some more than the virus itself. For some a challenge of managing children and your own sanity, for some workers, particularly those in the NHS they face an extremely difficult time ahead. 

For anyone that is interested in supporting their own wellbeing and the wellbeing of their families at this time our Self Care for you and your family course could be priceless. At the cost of less than one treatment with a practitioner you will then have tools available to last a lifetime and for the whole family.

Our children need our support too as they pick up on the fear and stress around them and you can learn how to treat them yourselves from the safety of your home. For older children you could do the course together and then treatment swap with them!

For isolated pregnant ladies letting go of even some of the stress and fear around the current situation would be so helpful and help prepare your body for a less stressful birth, and get a head start with Gentle Release before baby arrives and you need to start treating them! Not forgetting the other part of the couple they need support to and it would be so beneficial to support each other.
