Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 July 2026

Please read these terms before using this website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms apply to your access to and use of gentlereleasetherapy.com and any related sites we operate. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle any personal information you give us.

1.Ownership of the site and its content

Everything on this site (text, images, videos, training materials, downloads, the site design itself) is either owned by Gentle Release Therapy or used with permission from the people who created it. This includes our name, our logos, and the trade name EnerQi Facial Rejuvenation®.

You may view and use the site for your own personal purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, or use any part of the site for commercial or public purposes without our written permission.

2.Accuracy of the site

We take reasonable steps to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is always correct. If you spot something that looks wrong, please email us at hello@gentlereleasetherapy.com and we will look into it.

3.Newsletter and communications

If you sign up for our newsletter or buy a product from us, you agree to receive occasional emails from us about your account, the thing you bought, or (with your consent) our other offers. Details of what we send, and how to unsubscribe, are in our Privacy Policy.

4.Feedback and suggestions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the site (for example through the contact form), you agree that we may use them freely and that we do not need to credit or compensate you for using them. Do not send us anything you would not want us to use.

5.Keeping your account and data safe

We take reasonable steps to protect our systems and the information held within them. However, no website or online service can ever be completely secure. By using this site, you acknowledge the inherent risks of using the internet.

6.When we share your information

We will not share personally identifying information about you with anyone else, except where the law requires it, where a professional body or insurer needs it in the context of a complaint or query about our training or practice, or where our Privacy Policy explains a specific situation in which we do.

7.Limits of our responsibility

We provide this site and its content as they are. We do not guarantee that the site will always work, that it will meet your specific needs, or that it will be free of every possible bug or interruption. We are not responsible for problems caused by third-party services (such as your internet connection, Stripe's payment system, or software you use to view the site). Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

8.Our right to limit or refuse access

We may suspend or end access where these terms have been breached, or where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the website, our community or our business.

9.If part of these terms is unenforceable

If any single part of these terms is found by a court to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply. The unenforceable part is treated as if it had been removed.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the page. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. It is worth having a look at this page from time to time to see what has changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that we cannot resolve between us will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
