A slower,
deeper
beauty ritual.
EnerQi Facial Rejuvenation is a holistic treatment that brings together traditional Chinese facial techniques (gua sha, jade rolling and gentle facial cupping) with the cranial and abdominal organ release work that runs through everything we teach. No needles, no machines, no quick promises.
The tools you may have seen before. The way they are used here, you may not have. Each treatment is intuitive, paced to you, and folded into something deeper than a typical facial. There is no protocol of three strokes here, ten strokes there. There is presence, attention, and a therapist's hand softening into what your body is ready for.
the breath returns, the face softens.
This is not a pamper. EnerQi reaches into layers most facials never touch, and combines work that most complementary therapies keep apart. The face is the entry point. What changes underneath is the rest of the story.
What a treatment
feels like.
A session opens with the soft chime of Tingsha bells. A signal to settle. To breathe.
Your therapist begins with a cleanse and exfoliation, lifted away with warm towels. A facial oil is warmed in your therapist's hands and stroked into the skin. The tools follow, each chosen for what your face is asking for: an acu-pressure dermal roller to soften muscular tension, a jade roller to encourage lymphatic movement, gua sha to ease the fascia, gentle facial cupping to wake the skin.
A mask is applied. While it works, your therapist moves to the Gentle Release work that runs underneath the whole treatment, holding softly on the cranium and the abdominal organs, depending on what your body is asking for. This is the part most facials do not include, and it is what makes EnerQi feel different from anything you may have had before. The breath deepens. The jaw softens. The shoulders drop. The face begins to change from the inside.
The mask is removed. Skin toned, serum applied, moisturiser pressed in. The Tingsha bells chime once more, and the session draws to a close.
“There is a deep connection between the tension held in the head and the tension held in the abdominal organs. EnerQi releases both in the same treatment, which is why the work goes deeper than the face.”
Most facials are about the skin.
EnerQi is about the woman
who lives inside it.
The Gentle Release work woven through each treatment supports the nervous system, allowing tension held for a long time, sometimes since long before you can remember, to begin to soften and let go. Many clients arrive for the glow and stay for everything else.

Women · 90 mins eachMost reported feeling better in the days that followed, with improvements continuing for several weeks.
Each woman recorded her peri-menopause and menopause symptoms before and afterwards using the Menopause Rating Scale. We are open about the size of the study and what it can and cannot tell us (it is small; a larger piece of research is on our wishlist), but the pattern in our practice is consistent.
My skin felt so smooth. I felt uplifted but relaxed, and had a higher level of clarity and productivity after the treatment, the next day and beyond. My face appeared fresher, lighter and brighter. This visual was mirrored by how I felt inside too, which left me with more vigour for life.
EnerQi is also taught as a practitioner training.
If you are a complementary therapist or beauty practitioner who would like to bring this work into your own practice, the Practitioner Training page has the details and current dates.
