Train in EnerQi Facial Rejuvenation®
A training for qualified Gentle Release Therapy practitioners who want to bring this work into their own practice.
In the training room
For practitioners already doing the deeper work.
This training is for practitioners already qualified in Gentle Release Therapy. The cranial release and abdominal organ release that underpin EnerQi are core GRT skills. Without them, the treatment would be a facial with extra steps. What makes EnerQi different is the work that happens underneath, which is why the prerequisite is firm.
What practitioners often find is that EnerQi reaches clients who would not have come to them for body-led work alone. For some clients, a facial treatment feels safer or more familiar than starting directly with body-led work. The facial is the way in. The deeper work follows once trust has formed.
That is the place to start. The GRT Practitioner Training page has current dates and details.
Everything you need to deliver a ninety-minute EnerQi treatment.
Confidently. In your own practice. Paced to the client in front of you, not to a protocol.
The traditional Chinese facial side.
The acu-pressure dermal roller, jade roller, gua sha, and gentle facial cupping. How each tool is traditionally used within the treatment, and how to work with intuition rather than rigid protocol.
The EnerQi-specific GRT work.
Cranial release applied to the muscles of the face, the jaw, and the cranium. Abdominal organ release as part of the broader EnerQi approach. How the two halves fold into one ninety-minute experience.
Reading what each client is asking for.
There is no fixed sequence in EnerQi. You will practise reading what each client's face and body presents on the day, and pacing the treatment accordingly.
The setup the work needs around it.
Equipment, products, hot towels, towel heater, room setup, hygiene, contraindications, and consultations.
After completing the Gentle Release Therapy training, I was keen to explore the additional elements, as it is such a deeply considered approach to working with the body. EnerQi is a beautiful training, and I feel very lucky to have experienced it as a one-to-one session, which allowed the work to truly land rather than just be learned.
Helen is incredibly knowledgeable and shares her work openly and generously. I felt supported throughout and guided with care and clarity. I left with new techniques, a deeper understanding of the work, and confidence in how to integrate it into my own practice. A really valuable and well-held training experience.
Clients have described feeling more settled, more rested, and have chosen to return for monthly sessions as part of their self-care routine.
