Flexible payment

Pay in the way that works for you

You can pay by card, BACS, or Direct Debit, whichever works for you. We're happy to spread payments across three, six, or twelve months (or anywhere in between) by Direct Debit, and we'll work with you on payment dates if you need a different shape.

BACS is our preferred option because there are no card-processing charges at our end. That little saving usually finds its way back to you in extra treats on the course.

Booking terms

What to know before you book

Deposit. A non-refundable deposit of £250 is payable when you book. If there is less than a month between booking and the course start, the full payment is required on booking.
Balance. The balance must be paid no later than a month before the course start, so we can send you the home study materials in time for the practical days.
Transferring your place. If you cannot attend the course you have booked, you may be able to transfer to a different venue or date, provided we have at least two weeks notice. Any additional fees from the new venue would be payable, and we may need to take some contribution toward the original venue costs if it still charges for your place.
Cancelling. If you have to cancel, you are welcome to offer your place to a friend or colleague. Otherwise we will try to re-sell the place to avoid charging you any venue fees.
Minimum numbers. Each course has a minimum number of places needed to make it viable. If we do not reach that number, the course will not run. Please confirm with us that the course is going ahead before booking any travel or accommodation.
If a course is cancelled. Everyone who has booked can transfer to another course or be offered a full refund. We are not able to cover any travel or accommodation you have already booked, so please either choose flexible tickets or take out insurance.
