Introduction to Gentle Release Therapy

Learn key Gentle Release Techniques to use on yourself and your family.

You will learn how to gently release tension and stress, which can have positive impact on so many areas such as energy levels, aches and pains, insomnia, stress and anxiety.  

The course is self paced, so you can do it at a time to suit you, over as long as you like. You could give yourself a day of Gentle Release, or spread it over a week, or a month...the choice is yours.

  • Video Presentations on Release Techniques

  • Guided meditations to support your self practice ranging from 10 mins to 53 minutes (to fit in with your day)

  • Access to our closed Facebook community
