The wisdom of women’s bodies has long been forgotten by many but as more women start to remember, acknowledge and harness the power within we can truly start to live with more ease, joy and flow.

As women our bodies cycle with the moon and as the moon affects the tides of the seas, it so affects the tides within each of us. As we ebb and flow with each tide, we swell and release  and that is our birth right, it is our power. However by never acknowledging and truly accepting ourselves, no wonder so many of us feel disconnected with ourselves and unsure of our place in the world.

The Dancing with the Moon guided release is my absolute favourite to date, the awareness and knowledge it can bring to your consciousness are invaluable. In the meditation I guide you to explore your relationship with your body and mind at key points in your menstrual cycle. We acknowledge the feelings, accept them and allow them to release. Even for women post menopause this meditation has been really useful.

It’s useful to use the key Gentle Release Techniques that are taught in the Introduction to Gentle Release Therapy Online Course to allow these deeper emotions and beliefs that may be held by fear, anger or frustration to be released. Its also something that can be used over and over again, as you work through the layers and shift the deeper beliefs.

Due to the deep connection between ourselves our cycles and our body image, the Dancing with the Moon guided release has been included as part of the Body Beautiful Package.
